1. Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education, Presidential Decrees, Orders, Resolutions, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Board Resolutions, orders, instructions, modemgrams and telephonegrams of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as the orders of the director in faculties, departments, departments;
2. Concluding and implementing cooperation agreements between the educational institution and clinical bases, private clinics and the regional health department.
3. Drawing up work plans of the department and ensuring their implementation;
4. Developing regulatory documents on the activities of the department;
5. Performing their official duties conscientiously;
6. Observing labor discipline, timely and qualitatively fulfilling orders and instructions of the employer in accordance with the law;
7. Take care of the property of the institution and use it wisely;
8. Be polite to members of the institution’s team and other persons with whom they come into contact during the work process, and observe the dress code;
9. Participate in the discussion and resolution of issues related to the activities of the department at the institution level;
10. Register the department’s input and output documents;
11. Have adequate knowledge of the use of modern information and communication technologies in work activities.
12. Monitor the organization of student practice in the branch, taking into account educational areas and specialties, and its effectiveness ;

Must know:
Know the Regulations, instructions and regulatory documents related to their activities, the internal procedures and regulatory documents of the branch.

Qualification requirements:
Must have exemplary personal qualities, be cultured, creative, have good manners and initiative, have a sense of responsibility, make independent decisions and act, act decisively, and ensure the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution;
Must have higher education;
Must be aware of information and data on issues related to their field.
