TASHKENT STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY TERMIZ BRANCH (TDTUTF) General rules

CHARTER

    1. The Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University is hereinafter referred to as the Termez branch of TDTU.

    The Termez branch of the Tashkent State Medical University was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 19 of January 2018, as well as the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 19 of January 2018 and is part of the organizational structure of the Tashkent Medical Academy.

    1. The Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University is a state higher educational institution, engaged in educational activities in the implementation of basic and additional educational programs of higher education, and also carries out educational, pedagogical, scientific and methodological, and other activities and provides educational services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
    2. In its activities, the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Education”, the National Personnel Training Program, resolutions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and this Charter.
    3. The Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University is a legal entity. It has its own special property under its operational management and is responsible for its obligations in accordance with its obligations under this property, may acquire property on its own behalf and exercise property and non-property rights, assume obligations, and be a plaintiff and defendant in court.

    It has an independent balance sheet, settlement and other accounts in banking institutions, including currency accounts, a seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its name, stamps and other requisites. Final rules

  1. The Termez branch of TDTU is responsible for the following in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
  2. -failure to perform the duties assigned to him/her;
  3. – failure to fully complete the volume of educational programs in accordance with the curriculum and schedules during the educational process;
  4. – the life and health of students and employees of a higher education institution during the educational process;
  5. – violation of the rights and freedoms of students and employees of higher education institutions;
  6. -Other actions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  7. The Termez branch of TDTU may be reorganized or liquidated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  8. The Charter of the Termez branch of TDTU was developed taking into account the recommendations set out in the Model Charter of a higher educational institution.
  9. The Charter developed by the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University is approved by the director of the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University, is subject to state registration in the established manner, and is put into effect.
  10. Amendments or additions to the Charter of the Termez Branch of Tashkent State Medical University are made in accordance with the established procedure.
