The Department of “General and Pediatric Surgery” was established on the basis of the instruction (Minutes No. 1) discussed at the meeting of the Central Methodological Council of the Termez Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 28, 2021.
It was reorganized on September 5, 2022 under the name of the Department of “General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Urology and Pediatric Urology”. The Department of General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Urology and Pediatric Urology is a structural unit of the Faculty of Medicine of the Termez Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, and carries out educational and methodological, scientific and methodological, scientific and research work in the disciplines of ambulatory-outpatient pediatrics, as well as training, advanced training and retraining of scientific and scientific pedagogical personnel, as well as organizational, spiritual, educational and educational work.
