Applicants for clinical residency (residency) at the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy shall submit the following documents to the admissions committee of the medical higher education institution or research center in the following manner:

1. Application in the name of the rector (director) of the higher education institution, indicating the specialty of clinical residency (residency);
2. A document on higher education (or an extract from a diploma – for those who have graduated from higher education institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan on a state grant) and an appendix to it;
3. Medical certificate in U-form 086;
4. A document granting admission to study in accordance with legislative documents:
5. A copy of the applicant’s passport;
6. Photo 3.5×4.5 – 6 pieces;
7. Workbook;
8. Reference from the workplace:
9. Scroshivatel – 1 piece;
10. Envelope – 1 piece.

    The documents submitted above must be submitted to the TTA Termiz branch admission commission in original and in pdf format.
