Recently, a delegation led by F. Otamuradov, director of the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, visited Calcutta, India on a business trip.
During the visit, the delegation visited Sanjiban Hospital in Kolkata where they were welcomed by the hospital team led by Dr. Subhasis Mitra, Chairman and Dr. Dalia Mitra, Medical Director.
Negotiations were held between the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy and the Sanjiban hospital, including the exchange of doctors and the establishment of student internships.
Indeed, this visit is an important step towards international cooperation between the two institutions to improve the quality of medical education and research.
