In recent years, favorable conditions have been created in our country for the issue of women, improvement of their living conditions, solving their problems in household life, and showing their talents and capabilities. As a result of paying special attention to increasing the activity of women in social life, changes are being made in social relations and legislation.
A roundtable discussion on “Legislation on protection of women from harassment and violence” was organized at the branch of TTA Termiz.
The roundtable discussion was attended by G. E. Rahmonova, the deputy mayor of Termiz city for family and women affairs, I. A. Babajonova, the senior inspector of the Termiz city IIB for women’s issues, A. J. Mustafoqulov, deputy of the Termiz city council, I. H. Qurbanov, the deputy chairman of the Adolat SDP regional council, and students.
