Participate in the formation and implementation of information policy determined by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and the branch management in accordance with modern requirements;
Ensure effective and practical cooperation with the information services of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, other bodies of state and economic management in implementing a unified state policy in the field of information;
Provide the general public with objective, high-quality and prompt information about the activities of the branch, its regulatory and legal documents in the field; Interact with
the mass media , hereinafter referred to as the media , form a circle of journalists who work in constant cooperation, distribute information messages (press releases, bulletins, etc.), organize public events;
Quickly place and timely update information on the official website of the branch, develop web resources on the Internet, including social and mobile networks;
Conducting and analyzing monitoring of the information space, preparing proposals together with experts on the types, methods and level of response to them, organizing comprehensive work on distributing materials in the media, including the Internet;
Preparing news, informational materials, comments and informational and analytical materials for distribution in national and foreign media, together with other departments of the Branch;
Analyzing the state of public opinion and the position of national and foreign media regarding the activities of the Department and providing information about them to the Branch Director;
Forming and maintaining a data bank of text, photo, audio and video materials related to the Branch’s field of activity.
