Develops and ensures the implementation of the plan for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the Termez branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy; Coordinates the activities of faculties and departments in the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel; Develops working agreements for cooperation with the Termez branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, the Republican enterprises, organizations and institutions , the Center for Scientific Research Institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan , as well as leading universities in the field of scientific-research and scientific-pedagogical activities and monitors their implementation; Provides methodological assistance and guidance in organizing and conducting scientific conferences of the Termez branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy; Prepares and submits plans, reports, regulatory documents of senior research fellows ( KIXI ) and independent researchers (MI), organizes and conducts attestation of Iliy researchers; Carries out admission to KIXI , MI and Clinical residency . Formalizes and organizes orders for qualification exams. Submits reports to the Higher Attestation Commission, the Department of Statistics, the State Statistical Committee and the State Scientific and Technical University of Uzbekistan . Provides methodological assistance to the work of talented students, the Student Scientific Society, competitions for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Scholarship of Ibn Sina , as well as student Olympiads, prepares and formalizes documents. Provides close assistance in publishing and implementing their scientific works in practice.
