Identifying and selecting talented students, taking into account their scientific and professional interests (oral exams, case studies, test tasks), organizing their targeted training;
Managing and assisting in the process of searching for, selecting and working with talented young people, managing the process of preparing laureates of prestigious scholarships named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya  and others from among students and intern-researchers; Attaching
talented, independent-minded, and talented students interested in scientific activities  to potential professors and teachers in the “Teacher-Schogird”
system; Organizing the activities of talented students in collaboration with the activities of the student scientific society (holding a TIJ conference);
Organizing individual, targeted work activities with gifted students, preparing them to participate in subject Olympiads, competitions of various foundations (including foreign ones);
Identifying gifted and talented students, providing them with targeted training and involving them in scientific circles and clubs, organizing students’ participation in various scientific events, conferences, seminars, Republican Olympiads and forums, and providing recommendations for their encouragement together with the dean’s office;
Educating gifted students, preparing them to participate in Olympiads and competitions, including the “Iste’dod ” Foundation and state grant competitions, and taking measures to improve the forms and methods of independent work of students;
To organize the scientific and creative activities of students on a systematic basis, to identify talented students and involve them in scientific research, to train them to carry out scientific and creative work individually and in teams, to create the necessary organizational, methodological and material and technical conditions for the implementation of their scientific and creative activities;
To make proposals for the introduction of effective mechanisms for working with talented students;
To create conditions for talented youth to realize their potential and to spend their free time meaningfully, to organize theater studios, various circles, festivals and mass events;
To periodically be aware of the intellectual potential and scientific and research activities of talented students;
Supervise the work of staff responsible for gifted students and clubs in each department, and study the environment and conditions created for gifted students in the department;
Documenting authorship diplomas and certificates for talented applicants; Developing
independent  learning among students by involving students in project competitions such as “Best Independent Work”, “Best Creative Approach”, “Best Innovative Idea”, “Innovative Education”, “Student of the Year”
in the branch; Organizing master classes involving representatives of various fields in cooperation with the sector of scientific research, innovation and training of scientific and pedagogical personnel;
Assisting in the publication of scientific articles and theses of talented students in journals of the Republic and foreign countries;
Organizing, in cooperation with the press secretary, appearances in the media about the scientific research and achievements of talented applicants;
Announcing scientific seminars, conferences and forums on the results of scientific research carried out by scientists of the Republic and foreign countries and ensuring their participation;
Holding the higher education stage of republican competitions;
In collaboration with accounting, take measures to provide financial incentives to motivate students who are constantly engaged in scientific research;
Promote the achievements of young people in various fields and develop the heroes of our time by forming the ideal of a perfect person in their minds;
Constantly exchange ideas with talented students and support their suggestions.
