According to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on education”, “on the national program of training” in the training of highly qualified personnel, the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on February 16, 2017 PF-4958” on further improvement of the system of post-secondary education“, and the Cabinet of Ministers” on December 28, 2012 No. 365 “on improving the system of post-secondary education in accordance with the decisions” on measures to further improve the system of Education after higher education”, it is carried out on the basis of the following regulations:

1. REGULATIONS ON THE SCIENTIFIC COUNCIL GRANTING SCIENTIFIC DEGREES
2. REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING SCIENTIFIC DEGREES
3. REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING SCIENTIFIC TITLES
4. REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING QUALIFICATION EXAMS
5. REGULATIONS ON THE EXPERT COUNCIL.

  The conduct of scientific research and the protection of dissertation work is carried out in the form of a basic doctoral, doctoral or independent research institute in institutions of post-graduate education.

   Studies in institutions of education after higher education are continued for up to three years.
