resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on providing the sectors of the economy with qualified personnel, the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Education”, the National Program for Personnel Training, the Regulation “On Higher Education”, the current Labor Code, legislation and relevant regulatory legal acts in the field of education, orders, management and regulatory documents of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and the Ministry of Health;
