Department of pharmacology and clinical pharmacology
The Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology is located on the 3rd floor of the 1st academic building. This department teaches the subjects of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacology.Pharmacognosy, Phytotherapy, Introduction to Specialization, Molecular Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Ethics and Deontology. This department has the following areas: Treatment, Pediatrics, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Medical Prevention and Fundamental Medicine.
This department teaches Clinical Pharmacology for 3rd, 5th, and 6th years, Pharmacology for 3rd years, Pharmacology.Pharmacognosy for 2nd years, Phytotherapy for 3rd years, and Introduction to Specialization for Pharmacy for 1st years.
The new structure of the department, namely Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacology, was established in 2023 by order of the director of the Termez branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
The department has a staff of 11.75, including 3 candidates of science, 2 associate professors, and 12 assistants.
The scientific potential of the department is 60%.
