1. The Internal Control and Monitoring Department of the Termez Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy was established to monitor and analyze the implementation of the tasks set out in the National Personnel Training Program, the timely implementation of the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of higher education, the normative documents and methodological instructions of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, as well as internal orders, resolutions and instructions of the Branch during the educational process.
2. The Internal Control and Monitoring Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Education”, the National Personnel Training Program, Decrees and Orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, Resolutions and Orders of the Board of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and the Regulation “On Internal Control and Monitoring of the Implementation of the National Personnel Training Program”.
3. The Internal Control and Monitoring Department implements the National Personnel Training Program in the Branch, as well as monitors the implementation of educational, educational-methodical, spiritual-educational, scientific-research, personnel training and retraining of faculties, departments and other structural divisions, resolutions of the board and the scientific council, orders issued by the ministry and the branch, and regulatory documents in the field of education and healthcare.
               The main tasks of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department:
   Preparation of materials and proposals for improving and reforming educational work in education management bodies (Ministry, Rectorate, Scientific Council).
Development and implementation of a system for ensuring the implementation of orders and decisions of the branch.
Organization and implementation of internal control over the quality of retraining and advanced training of professors and teaching staff.
Introduction of a rating method for assessing the activities of professors and teaching staff.
Provide suggestions to the branch management on preventing shortcomings, finding solutions to problems, and on the suitability of employees for their positions.
Control over compliance with regulatory documents on education and training standards in the branch and relevant educational departments (training institute, lyceum, etc.).
Participate in the work of the branch and its affiliated educational institutions.
Control over the fulfillment of service obligations in faculties, departments and other structural divisions of the branch, as well as attract specialists if necessary.
Review all theoretical and practical training, conduct state certification, control master’s theses and graduation qualification works.
Within the scope of the Monitoring and Internal Inspection Department, organize on-site review teams involving qualified professors and teachers.
