Djumayev of the IIBB of Surkhandarya Region, Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Sciences A.Kh. Ulug’ov, Associate Professor P.Sh. Khoshbakov, Assistant Sh.M. Usanov, N.Kh. Chariyev, professors and teachers and students took part.
