       In accordance with the requirements of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 304 dated May 22, 2017, the online submission of documents for all forms of post-higher education for the 1st quarter of 2024 through the Unified electronic system (phd.mininnovation.uz) has begun.

         Documents will be accepted through the Unified electronic system from January 15 to February 15 of this year.
