Students who won international and republican science Olympiads, conferences and competitions (January-November for the 2023-2024 academic year):

     On February 28, 2023, 8 students took part in the III International Students Online Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Tashkent Medical Academy, and 2 of them took the 2nd place.

     12 online and 11 offline students participated in the III International Student Olympiad “From the teachings of Abu Ali ibn Sina to the III Renaissance” held at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina on March 9-10, 2023. In this international Olympiad, 10 students of TTA Termiz branch took the 3rd place, 3 students took the 2nd place, and the rest of the participants were awarded with a certificate for their active participation.

     On March 15-16, 2023 in the city of Samarkand, 9 students participated in the “II Student Forum of the students of medical universities of Uzbekistan” in 4 directions, of which the sports direction 3rd grade student of the Faculty of Treatment, son of Jorakulov Iskandar Bakhodir, took the 1st place with honor.

     On March 23, 2023, 10 students of Termiz branch of TMA took part in the 1st International Olympiad dedicated to the 115th anniversary of I.K. Axunbayev – took the 3rd place.

      On March 28, 2023, at the initiative of the Tashkent Medical Academy, 49 students of TTA Termiz branch participated in the III International Student Online Olympiad “Followers of Avicenna”. Among them, 1 1st place, 3 2nd place, 4 3rd place, and the rest of the participants were awarded with diplomas of different nominations.

    On April 7-8, 2023, 11 students of TTA Termiz branch took part in the International Student Olympiad “Medicine and Innovation” at the Tashkent State Dental Institute, of which 1 took the 2nd place, 2 took the 3rd place, and the rest of the participants for their active participation got a certificate.

    At the 3rd International Conference of Students and Young Scientists “From Experience to Project” held at Al-Farobi National University of Kazakhstan on April 14-15, 2023, 4th stage student of Termiz branch of TMA Faculty of Treatment Sabina Tavakalovna participated offline with her paper on “Osobennosti izmeneniya skorosti sdviga krovi v dynamike ekperimentalnogo cholestaza” and was awarded with a certificate.

    On April 21, 2023, the “Lekari iz Yuga” team, made up of 5 students of the Branch, took part in the student science Olympiad held at the National Medical University of Kazakhstan named after S.D. Asfandiyarov and received the “Most Ambitious Team” diploma.

    On April 20-21, 2023, 3 students took part in the IV Central Asia International Olympiad “Changes in Education in the Future” at Karaganda Medical University and took 3rd place.

    On May 4-5, 2023, 8 students from the branch took part in the 15th Republican scientific-practical conference on “Problems and development prospects of modern medicine” held at Gomel State Medical University, and 4 won 1st place, 4 won took 2nd place.

     On May 4-5, 2023, 2 students took part in the International Student Olympiad in Pathological Anatomy at Astana Medical University, and 1 student took 3rd place.

    On April 19, 2023, 3 students from the branch took part (online) in the International Olympiad in Pathological Anatomy among students of medical universities at the Tashkent Medical Academy, and 1 student took 2nd place, 2 students were awarded certificates for their active participation.

    On May 18-19, 2023, the next conference of the Student Scientific Society was held among the students of the branch on the topic “Innovative ideas in medicine and medical education” in 6 sections. The total number of participants is 82. 6 people took 1st place, 11 people took 2nd place, 14 people took 3rd place.

   8 students from the branch took part in the “30th International Scientific-Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students” held on May 26, 2023 at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina, and 1 student won the 1st place. 3 students won 3rd place and the rest were awarded with certificates.

    On October 24-26, 2023, 4 of our students took part in the International Student Olympiad at the International Medical School of the Kyrgyz Republic and took the proud 2nd place.

    On October 26, 2023, 4 of our students took part in the International Olympiad held by the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the program “Pharmacy and Public Health”, and 2 of them took 1st place, one took 2nd place. one took 3rd place.

    On December 15-16, 2023, a team of MED UZ TEAM branch students took part in the IV International Olympiad “SAMARKAND-2020” held at the Samarkand State Medical University. At the IV International Olympiad “SAMARKAND-2020” offline 1 student took 2nd place, 2 students took 3rd place, online 3 students took 2nd place and 1 student took 1st place, and other participants were awarded with diplomas and certificates.

     The total number of students who have obtained the IELTS certificate in foreign language (English) at the branch is 24. In terms of courses, there are 2 courses in the 2nd course, 3 courses in the 3rd course, 7 courses in the 4th course, 8 courses in the 5th course, and 4 courses in the 6th course.
