Happy Independence Day!

Dear compatriots, dear colleagues, dear students and young people!

I sincerely congratulate you on the 34th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan!

September 1, 1991 is a sacred date of great importance in the history of our people, a bold step towards a free and independent life, and this date is sacred as the day when the foundation of a new society was laid in our country, where human dignity, rights and freedoms are paramount.

Today, fundamental reforms are being carried out in all areas of our country, in particular, in the field of healthcare and medical education. Our branch is also an active participant in this development process.

On the eve of the 34th anniversary of our independence, it is gratifying to see the commissioning of a 1,500-seat educational building in our branch. This will help our students receive education based on modern knowledge, achieve great achievements in scientific research and practical activities.

On this auspicious day, I wish you all good health, family happiness and great victories for the prosperity of our country and the well-being of our people.

May we all have our place in the prosperous life being built for future generations!

May our independence be eternal and lasting!

Sincerely,
Director of the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University
Otamuradov Furqat Abdukarimovich
