Sports competitions were also organized in a spirited manner as part of the Navruz national holiday celebrations held at the amphitheater of the “Yangi Uzbekistan” massif in the Termez district. Students and youth of the Termez branch of the Tashkent State Medical University actively participated in this event.

As part of the holiday program, students organized an Uzbek national wrestling competition, in which young wrestlers demonstrated their skills, strength, and agility. Wrestling competitions, which are our national sport, brought true sports pleasure to the participants of the celebration.

Also, students from India studying at the branch actively participated in the holiday events and held an interesting competition in one of the national sports of their country – Kabaddi. This competition brought the spirit of international friendship and cultural exchange to the Navruz celebration.
