In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-207 dated November 3, 2025 “On comprehensive measures to effectively protect the health of the population and the gene pool of the nation from drug addiction and drug crimes”, a meeting was organized with students studying at the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University.

The event was attended by Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of the Tashkent State Medical University Sh.Usanov, Chairperson of the TDTUTF Women’s Union N.Khimmatova, and Prevention Inspector of the TDTUTF M.Qamariddinov.

During the conversation, a detailed understanding was provided about the negative impact of drugs on human health, society and the future of the country, its serious consequences, as well as the legal framework and obligations of combating drug crimes. The students were briefed on the content of the Presidential Decree and current tasks in this regard were discussed.

At the end of the event, questions from students were answered and anti-drug flyers were distributed.
