Based on the requirements of the healthcare system reform and the National Personnel Training Program, in order to train general practitioners in accordance with the requirements of the time, further strengthen the practical skills of students, and provide quality medical services in treatment and prevention institutions, the director of the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University, in accordance with Order No. 02422 dated December 18, 2025, organized a winter internship for students for the 2025/2026 academic year.

This internship has been held since December 22, 2025 and has been consistently ongoing since January 12, 2026.

During the internship, students learn to gradually perform practical and clinical skills in their specialties. At the same time, the theoretical knowledge obtained during the training process is inextricably linked with practice and serves to improve the professional skills of students.
