During the study, the branch director got acquainted with the practical lesson processes conducted by the Department of General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Urology and Pediatric Urology at the Regional Children’s Multidisciplinary Medical Center, as well as professors and teachers of the Department of Propaedeutics of Pediatric Diseases, Pediatric Diseases and General Pediatrics.

He paid special attention to the process of students’ acquisition of practical skills, the effectiveness of educational and practical training, and the quality of teaching. Also, the issues of combining theoretical knowledge with practice, and teaching based on modern medical approaches were discussed.

The conditions created for students during practical training, the state of use of educational equipment, and the system of providing knowledge based on the traditions of the teacher-student relationship were analyzed.

Relevant recommendations were made on the issues identified by the director and tasks were set to further improve the quality of education.

Such control measures serve to form the professional skills and responsibility of students, and to train qualified medical personnel in the future.
