Analysis of the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel at the branch, the activities of the doctoral program and the Institute of Independent Research.
Selection of professors and teachers to positions and academic titles on a competitive basis.
Also, reports were heard on the approval of the topics of dissertations, monographs, educational and methodological works and the application of the results of scientific research works in practice.
Finally, proposals were received on a number of issues on the agenda and decisions were made on their implementation.
