Yesterday, an event was held at the TTA Termiz branch in honor of the 395th anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a historical figure of India, with the participation of branch students from India. Branch professors and students took part in the event. Indian national dances and melodious songs performed by the students at the event made a special impression on the audience.
Background: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, born in Pune in 1630, is considered the founder of the Maratha Empire. He was known for his excellent leadership, military tactics and enlightened administration. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was the first to establish a naval force on the Konkan coast, making him the father of the Indian Navy. For this reason, his birthday is widely celebrated in the country of India.
