The main areas of activity of the legal service are:
organizing the rule of law and ensuring legality in the legal enforcement activities of the TTA TF;
exercising control over the compliance of draft normative-legal and other documents developed (adopted) by
the TTA TF with the law; participating in the law-making activities of the TTA TF, coordinating the work of their structures on the issues of preparing proposals for improving legislation;
improving the legal culture and legal literacy of TTA TF employees, participating in conveying to them the content and significance of the adopted normative-legal documents, including through modern information and communication technologies;
conducting contractual-legal and claim-claim work, ensuring reliable protection of the property and other interests of the TTA TF;
in the event of disputes with citizens, the TTA TF also takes measures to resolve them before the court, independently or together with other structural units.
