By order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 337 dated August 11, 2026, admission quotas for postgraduate education for 2027 were approved.
For admission to the Institute of Postgraduate Education, Termez Branch of Tashkent State Medical University in 2027:
Documents will be accepted from September 15 to October 15.

Required documents:
1. An application addressed to the head of the institution – the director of the Termez branch of Tashkent State Medical University ;
2. A brief biographical note (in form 3.5, in Uzbek and Russian);
3. A copy of the work book certified in the prescribed manner (for working applicants);
4. A copy of a master’s degree diploma or diploma of higher education;
5. A list of published scientific works and their copies: for
PhD – at least 1 scientific article and 2 theses;
a complete draft of the doctoral dissertation plan;
6. A copy of an ID card or passport;
7. A copy of a certificate confirming the holder of a state scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (if available);
8. A national or equivalent international certificate confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language – level B1 and higher .

REQUIREMENTS for the presentation of a scientific research work when applying for a basic doctoral degree (PhD)
1. General requirements
— the presentation is prepared in the state language; depending on the nature of the institute’s field of activity, it is also allowed to be prepared in Russian or English;
— the content of the presentation is clearly, concisely and logically stated, the parts must be coherently interconnected;
— all information provided in the presentation is based on reliable scientific, statistical, analytical or other relevant sources;
— the presentation draft is uploaded by the applicant to the Unified Electronic System in electronic form during the application process.
2. Structural sections of the basic doctoral degree (PhD) presentation
— Research topic and basic information about the applicant;
— Relevance and level of study of the research topic;
— Research goals and objectives;
— Research object, subject and scope;
— Research methodology and methods;
— Research idea and expected scientific significance;
— Research implementation stages and work plan;
— Feasibility of conducting the research and final justification.
